The Enactus NAIT team is recruiting! This is an exciting opportunity for you to get involved with a group of passionate, hard-working individuals where you can learn and grow alongside other NAIT students. Current Projects that need volunteers: SPIKE, Re-Colour, Nourishment Nook

This role is open to any and all NAIT students, no resume/applications needed. Join the club on Ookslife! Note, a minimum of 6 volunteer hours per month is required to remain active in the club.

Reports to: President

Job Summary: The VP Marketing and Events will be responsible for leading and managing the marketing, design, and events initiatives of Enactus NAIT, as well as organizing activities and trips that engage both internal participants and external partners. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance club awareness, support project growth, and aid other marketing initiatives as needed. This is a non-paid position.

Responsibilities and Duties (not extensive):

  • Plan, budget, and execute events, including team socials, competitions, and international travel, ensuring all required documents are submitted and a clear timeline is established.
  • Delegate and oversee all areas of marketing to enhance both external and on-campus awareness of Enactus NAIT.
  • Develop promotional designs and branding, and manage all social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Regularly update the Enactus NAIT website and design, budget, and print necessary materials (swag, posters, etc.). Or delegate to a team member.
  • Attend executive meetings weekly, lead meetings with the marketing team bi-weekly, and provide clear guidance and expectations.
  • Work closely with the Events team to ensure cohesive planning and execution of all activities.

Availability: Must be available to meet weekly with the executive team, and with your team. Must be available to spend at minimum 8 hours per week on this role. *NOTE additional hours will be required should you want to participate in projects *NOTE during competition season there will be an increase in hours. This role has a minimum of a 1-year commitment

Reports to: VP Internal 

Job Summary: Engage and update the Enactus NAIT Alumni group. This includes keeping them informed, providing ways they can help, and including them in events when possible. This is a non-paid position.

Reports to: VP Marketing & Events

Job Summary: Working under the VP of Marketing & Events you will have to create/design/organize on location marketing materials.  As the Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for capturing Enactus NAIT via photography/videography, and then use the footage towards on-campus posters, on-campus TV ads, on-campus displays, in hospital posters – to name a few.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop promotional designs and branding
  • Create/design a consistent physical media content schedule
  • Develop/enhance relationships with broadcasting agencies 
  • Learn and understand how to utilize NAIT advertising equipment (TVs, poster displays, etc.)

Availability: Must be available to meet weekly with your team. Must be available to spend at minimum 5 hours per week on this role. *NOTE additional hours will be required should you want to participate in projects *NOTE during competition/events season there will be an increase in hours. Job Summary: As the Fundraising Officer, you will be the lead on all fundraising initiatives. This role is crucial to the growth and development of this club. The successful candidate will show dedication and commitment to securing sponsors. This is a non-paid position.

  • Brainstorm and develop unique fundraising options
  • Network with external partners (including emails, phone calls, & in-person meetings)

  • Create/modify Sponsor Pack as needed

Job Summary: Working under the VP of Marketing & Events you will have to create social media designs and contribute to the website. As the Social Media Coordinator you will be responsible for capturing Enactus NAIT via photography/videography, and then use the footage towards Instagram and LinkedIn posts.

Job Summary: As the Graphics and Tech Producer you will be responsible for capturing Enactus NAIT via photography/videography as well as creating PowerPoints/Videos as needed, and traveling with the competition team to assist in set up. Working under the VP of Marketing & Events you may also have to create social media designs and contribute to the website.

Job Summary: As the HR Coordinator you will assist and report to the VP of HR. Primary tasks include the onboarding of new members and assisting in documentation/record-taking. This is a non-paid position.

  • Conducting one-on-one interviews with new members and assisting them with the application process
  • Ensuring that new members have been invited to the team’s communication channels and that they are taught how to utilize them
  • Keeping track of general membership and checking in with members to identify what they need to succeed in their respective roles
  • Leading a team to assist with recruitment, onboarding, and team activities as deemed necessary

  • Planning trips for the team, including competitions and international travel

Job Summary: Actively plan and participate in recruiting efforts. This includes emailing different department heads and instructors throughout NAIT, giving in-person class presentations across the campus, and planning/attending recruitment events such as the NAITSA Club Showcase This is a non-paid position.

  •       Engage and recruit more students across NAIT

Job Summary: As a Project Manager you will develop your project as required to see success and growth. You will create a team of dedicated students and lead weekly meetings with that team to assist in goal obtainment. You will report weekly to the VP of Projects. This is a non-paid position.

  • Developing a strategic plan and ensuring that it is followed
  • Providing regular updates to the President regarding progress and setbacks
  • Creating a strong team culture and ensuring that team members have access to the resources they need to succeed
  • Works closely with the Project Coordinator to guarantee project success
  • Representative of the project in external settings
  • Ensuring that sponsors/partners of the project are communicated to in an appropriate manner, as per Enactus standards, and seeking out new sponsors/partners as needed

 Availability: Must be available to meet weekly with your project team. Must be available to meet weekly with the VP of Projects. Responsibilities:

  • Communicates regularly with team members to ensure progress and identify areas that may require extra attention
  • Ensuring that new team members are assigned a role and/or responsibilities and included on the project team’s Slack channel
  • Recording minutes at project meetings and identifying deliverables
  • Keeping track of expenditures/income and submitting related evidence to the VP Internal for reimbursement
  • Seeking out funding opportunities as required
  • Working closely with the Project Manager to guarantee project success

Availability: Must attend monthly general meetings and weekly project team meetings. Must be available to meet regularly with Project Manager and/or President. Some responsibilities are expected to be completed on your own time.

Total estimated minimum commitment of 6 hours per week.
