Reports to: President
Job Summary: The VP of Finance provides leadership and coordination of Enactus financial planning and budget management for current and upcoming projects. The VP of Finance ensures all standards of practice are met and reliable data is recorded to the best of the teams’ abilities. This is a non-paid position.

Qualifications:
- Current NAIT student

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, and budgeting
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and statements
- Ability to motivate team members to produce quality materials within timeframes
- Ensures all deadlines are met
- Ensure all accounting entries are true and reliable
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare financial analysis for projects, working alongside Project Managers
- Ensure accurate documentation of work and processes
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Tracking for all Enactus NAIT projects
- Invoicing for all completed Enactus NAIT projects
- Reporting and Financial Statements
- Responsible and the authority for the Enactus NAIT Bank account and all responsibilities following
- Handle all sponsorships and donation submissions
- Tracking of Financial statements and cash flow reports
- Attend weekly executive meeting
- Complete training & courses as required
- Aid in grant writing as needed
Availability: Must be available to meet weekly with the executive team. Must be available to spend at minimum 5 hours per week on this role. *NOTE additional hours will be required should you want to participate in projects. This role requires additional NAITSA training and meeting attendance. This role has a minimum of a 1-year commitment.

Job Summary: The Interim VP Internal oversees the day to day of the Enactus team. Focusing on the development of the team by holding all members accountable to our Enactus team code of conduct. The Interim VP Internal directly aids the club President in operational tasks. This is a non-paid position.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist the club President and VP HR in onboarding
- Approve account purchases on Ookslife
- Aid in recording all general and executive meeting minutes (when VP HR is not in attendance)
- Collect all team meeting minutes monthly from the appointed team leaders
- Reserve all meeting rooms (this includes project meetings, executive meetings, and general meetings)
- Aid in efforts to grow and develop the club as a whole
- Organize team building and retreat planning (alongside the Marketing Director)
- Ensure the club calendar is updated (alongside the Marketing Director)
- Work with VP of Finance to determine possible grant or sponsorship opportunities
- Assist the club President as needed
Availability: Must be available to meet weekly with the executive team. Must be available to spend at minimum 5 hours per week on this role. *NOTE Additional hours will be required should you want to participate in projects. This role requires additional NAITSA training and meeting attendance. This role has a minimum of a 4-month commitment.

Job Summary: The Marketing and Design Director will be responsible for leading and managing the marketing and design initiatives of Enactus NAIT. The Marketing and Design Director role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance club awareness, support project growth, and aid other marketing initiatives as needed. This is a non-paid position.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Delegate and oversee all areas of marketing
- Increase both the external and on-campus awareness of Enactus NAIT
- Develop promotional designs and branding
- Oversees all social media outlets, including; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Ensures that the Enactus NAIT website is updated regularly
- Design, budget, and print any and all materials needed (swag, posters, etc.)
- Attend weekly executive meetings and lead weekly meetings with the marketing team
- Complete training & courses as required
Availability: Must be available to meet weekly with the executive team, and with your team. Must be available to spend at minimum 8 hours per week on this role. *NOTE additional hours will be required should you want to participate in projects *NOTE during competition season there will be an increase in hours. This role has a minimum of a 1-year commitment.
Reports to: Marketing & Design Director
Job Summary: As the Graphics and Tech Producer you will be responsible for capturing Enactus NAIT via photography/videography as well as creating PowerPoints/Videos as needed, and traveling with the competition team to assist in set up. Working under the Marketing & Design Director, you may also have to create social media designs and contribute to the website.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Create competition PowerPoint and/or video as needed
- Join the competition team and assist in tech setup (laptop, projector)
Availability: Must be available to meet weekly with your team. Must be available to spend at minimum 3 hours per week on this role. *NOTE additional hours will be required should you want to participate in projects *NOTE during competition/events season there will be an increase in hours. This role has a minimum of a 4-month commitment.

Responsibilities:
- Representative of the project in external settings
- Ensuring that sponsors/partners of the project are communicated to in an appropriate manner, as per Enactus standards, and seeking out new sponsors/partners as needed
- Developing a strategic plan and ensuring that it is followed
- Providing regular updates to the President regarding progress and setbacks
- Creating a strong team culture and ensuring that team members have access to the resources they need to succeed
- Works closely with the Project Coordinator to guarantee project success
Availability: Must attend monthly general meetings, weekly executive meetings, and weekly project meetings. Must be available on a weekly or biweekly basis to meet with the President. Some responsibilities are expected to be completed on your own time.
Total estimated minimum commitment of 8 hours per week.
Note: Responsibilities may vary based on the nature of the project. Current projects that are recruiting for this position include PIVOT.

Responsibilities:
- Communicates regularly with team members to ensure progress and identify areas that may require extra attention
- Ensuring that new team members are assigned a role and/or responsibilities and included on the project team’s Slack channel
- Recording minutes at project meetings and identifying deliverables
- Keeping track of expenditures/income and submitting related evidence to the VP Internal for reimbursement
- Seeking out funding opportunities as required
- Working closely with the Project Manager to guarantee project success
Availability: Must attend monthly general meetings and weekly project team meetings. Must be available to meet regularly with Project Manager and/or President. Some responsibilities are expected to be completed on your own time.
Total estimated minimum commitment of 6 hours per week.
